Reservations become a plan
From reservations it calculates the day's work: which rooms check out, what linen to change, how many people you'll need tomorrow.
Hotel Ops connects reservations to daily work: the system predicts what needs doing today — rooms, linen, people — your staff confirm with one tap, and every evening you see your hotel in numbers.
Built together with people who have stood at hotel front desks, run housekeeping and counted linen in the basement.
From reservations it calculates the day's work: which rooms check out, what linen to change, how many people you'll need tomorrow.
Staff see a ready-made task and confirm it with one tap — they only enter what differs from the plan.
One screen shows risks, exceptions and daily profit. Everything else just happens — and stays in an auditable history.
People are part of the process, not a footnote to it. Here is an ordinary day today — and the same day with Hotel Ops.
Hotel Ops AI reads delivery notes, drafts replies to guests and spots deviations before they become losses. Yet every number lives in plain, auditable records — AI suggests, people approve.
Guests get instant replies; your front desk gets its time back.
View module → 02The whole cleaning cycle — no chat apps, paper notes or memory.
View module → 03Every sheet's journey — from room to laundry and back.
View module → 04Stock, bar, kitchen and invoices — without silent leaks.
View module → 05Hours, pay and daily profit — without paper slips.
View module → 06Everything a manager needs — one screen, no phone calls.
View module →The modules are not six separate records: housekeeping and linen are linked through room events, staff and inventory are resource layers, and management reads the same ledger your daily work produces. One action feeds every layer — which is why each next module is worth more than the last.
From a few rooms to a chain — the system adapts to your room types, linen kits and work standards, not the other way round.
Apartments across the city are one distributed hotel: linen logistics, cleaning schedules and guest messages in a single system — tourist tax reporting included.
If you clean hotels as a contractor — your team works in the same app, and both sides see the same numbers.
The inventory module works without the hotel part too: snap a photo of an invoice — stock updated in a minute, shrinkage visible, recipes costed live. No POS switch needed.
An empty field = an automatic default based on your size (shown in grey). Every € in the result can be traced back to these fields and to the formula inside each row.
Indicative estimate: assumptions are based on industry publications and our own analysis (expand each row to see them). We measure the real numbers in a pilot at your hotel — before and after. Final pricing is confirmed in your quote.
Method: labor time is valued at gross hourly rates; with the employer cost view on — ×1.2359 (23.59% employer social contributions, Latvia 2026). Released capacity is shown separately from direct cash — it only becomes a saving once it cuts overtime, extra shifts or outsourcing. Base wages are never counted as savings; for piece-rate pay the system validates the minimum wage floor (€780/month, 2026) and statutory supplements — night ≥50%, overtime and public holidays 100% (Labour Law, s. 67–68).
Cancelled rooms return to sale across every channel automatically.
The system spots peak dates and suggests raising rates in time.
OTA virtual cards without triple manual entry.
Late walk-in guests — checked in fast and recorded honestly.
You don't have to roll out everything at once. Pick the module that solves today's biggest problem — we'll add the rest when you're ready. We'll demo the system on your own hotel's example.
